Article 5110 is the standard TorusPak tray a multi-use, food-grade container engineered for the full lifecycle from kitchen to plate.
Made from 96% PP copolymer with a carbon-free black masterbatch, the tray is rated for temperatures from −40°C to +121°C. It supports microwave, thermo oven, and steamer regeneration, and features a patented bottom-release mechanism for clean plating at the point of service.
The Tray 5110 is a single, universal size designed to fit standard 8-inch (20 cm) French dinner plates, the basis for main course service in Northern Europe, the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. It accommodates main courses of 300-550 g, and is also suitable for starters and soups.
The tray dimensions are optimised for a 800 × 1200 mm Europallet, producing a perfect packing pattern with no wasted space. The standard colour is black, though other colours are available on request. The shape is fixed and cannot be customised.
