Why TorusPak?

A patented bottom-release tray that enables centralised meal production, cutting 20-30% from total service costs or lets you plate onto real porcelain at the same workflow cost.

The TorusPak Advantage

Why hospital groups, care homes, and private jet caterers use TorusPak.

Bottom-Release Plating

Bottom-Release Plating

The patented base opens to deposit the meal directly onto a real plate eliminating re-plating labour. A central kitchen plates once; every service point delivers the same result.

Flexible

Flexible

Compatible with chilled, frozen, and ambient workflows. Adapts to your existing kitchen processes without disruption.

Seamless Preservation

Seamless Preservation

Maintains food quality from production through re-thermalisation. Click lid or sealed film options protect freshness and flavour.

Reduces Food Waste

Reduces Food Waste

Portion-controlled trays reduce overproduction and plate waste. PP copolymer is widely recyclable. The real sustainability gain is eliminating wasted food whose carbon footprint dwarfs that of the tray.

How It Works

Four simple steps from preparation to a perfectly plated meal.

Step 01

Seal and chill or freeze

Fill trays with your prepared meals and seal using a click lid or sealing film. Store chilled or frozen until needed.

Seal and chill or freeze
Step 02

Re-thermalise

Heat trays in a thermo oven, microwave, or steamer. The tray is designed to withstand temperatures from -40°C to +121°C.

Step 03

Open and release

Remove the lid or film, invert the tray onto a plate, and press the bottom-release mechanism. The meal slides cleanly onto the plate.

Step 04

Ready to serve

The meal is plate-ready with no additional labour. Consistent presentation across thousands of meals per day, regardless of who performs the release.
