How It Works

Seal and chill or freeze
Fill trays with your prepared meals and seal using a click lid or sealing film. Store chilled or frozen until needed.

Re-thermalise
Heat trays in a thermo oven, microwave, or steamer. The tray is designed to withstand temperatures from -40°C to +121°C.

Open and release
Remove the lid or film, invert the tray onto a plate, and press the bottom-release mechanism. The meal slides cleanly onto the plate.

Ready to serve
The meal is plate-ready with no additional labour. Consistent presentation across thousands of meals per day, regardless of who performs the release.
